Do you have a physical store that I could visit?

No. We currently operate purely as an E-commerce store. We are based in George, Western Cape but ship nationwide.

How long will i wait for my order? 

All of the products listed on our website have a specific lead-time some depends on the manufacturing of the actual product. This lead time is unique to each product and listed with every product on our website and has nothing to do with the associated shipping time.  Due to the extensive range  and in order for us to offer the widest possible range of product to our loyal clients we do not carry stock of all the products on our website.  We will also communicate lead time with each customer once your order has been confirmed. (we do however go the extra mile to provide you with your order items as soon as possible).

Our suppliers do their best to keep us updated but there may be times that we are unaware that stock levels are depleted and products will still appear on the site. Shortages of imported materials and timbers used in the manufacture of locally produced products can cause production delays, we do apologize and will re-introduce other products from time to time.  We do try and keep our website updated with current and available products some products are only available while stocks last.

Should you buy various products, it could be that these are made at different Suppliers, these goods can arrive at different dates or times as separate courier deliveries.

How long will delivery take?

Products are shipped via a reputable courier company during office hours to your chosen address. Once your parcel has been collected by the courier company a tracking number will be available and delivery can be expected within 1-5 working days from date of collection, depending on area. Delivery are normally during office hours 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday  and not during weekends or public holidays.

While every effort will be made to ensure estimated delivery dates are met; we are dependent on our suppliers as well as third party transporters and circumstances e.g transporters can be delayed as a result of traffic, roadworks, accidents, strikes etc.

What do you charge for delivery?

Shipping rates will be specified under the product description.  We do not add a margin on our deliveries as this is outsourced; more often than not, we actually substitute costs of getting your order delivered to you.  We do offer free Courier delivery whenever possible.

We courier across South Africa to all cities and major towns. Outlying areas might incur additional costs. Delivery to farms or very rural towns are not always possible via our courier service.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • Debit and Credit card payments welcome via Yoco paygate on our website, safe and secure.
  • EFT: Please note that it may take up to 3 business working days until your payment reflects in our bank account and orders will only be processed or dispatched once payment is confirmed (if you would like a invoice to pay via eft, kindly let us know, amje@bedtiuque.com)
  • We do not accept Cheques.

Note that items will only be shipped or Manufactured once payment reflects in our bank account.

Can you assist me in getting items that’s not on the website?

If you require Bedding, Decor, Furniture or any related item(s), that is not listed on our website, then please email us at info@bedtiuqe.com with the details of what you are looking for and we will gladly try and source it for you

Do you offer Vouchers? 

We offer vouchers up to any value,  but with a minimum value of R500. Please get in touch with us via email should you wish to buy a voucher . info@bedtiuqe.com

How can I query my order?

Should you have placed an order and have a query regarding it, then please email us at info@bedtiuqe.com with your order nr number in the subject line or Whats App us at +27 81 3733 644. We will answer your query within 24 hours of receiving it.

Changes to agreement
Bedtique Home & Decor may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
